About The Project:
Renaissance Croydon is a new 100,000 square foot office block constructed over 5 floors. It has a glazed atria and double height reception space with an under floor displacement ventilation system and Solar hot water and PV panels on the roof. It consists of a steel frame with insitu concrete floors, high performance curtain walling and windows with insulated metsec and brickwork panels. The building is generally to a Cat A finish with raised access floors, but no ceilings.
Two floors will be completed to full Cat B standard with tea points, glazed cellular meeting and office spaces, feature canteen breakout space and conference room.
Externally there are hard paved reconstituted granite footpath areas with secured rear tarmac parking for 18 cars. There are also covered bike shelters for 96 cycles with access via a sliding and access controlled pedestrian gate.
This project achieved a BREEAM Excellent 2011 rating and won Sustainable Achievement of the Year at the Office Agents Society Development Awards 2014.
