Joe Dudley, who completed his 4 year apprenticeship in NVQ3 Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment earlier this year, has been shortlisted as 1 of 6 nominees for ‘Best Apprentice’ in the JTL East Midlands Regional Awards 2014.
Each of the finalists have been put forward for the hard-fought after title by JTL’s Regional Training Officers thanks to their exceptional classroom work, outstanding practical abilities and excellent feedback from their employers. Both on-the-job and academic skills were monitored and tested in a series of assessments with the potential candidates also attending formal interviews with members of the JTL Senior Management Team before the final shortlist was selected.
The ceremony is to be held on Tuesday 11th November at the Leicester Tigers Rugby Ground where the winner of the Regional Event will then be put forward for the title of ‘JTL National Apprentice of the Year 2014’ which will be announced at an awards ceremony held at Drapers’ Hall in London on 25th February 2015.
