About The Project:

This project involved the construction of new Premier Inn Hotel in the heart of Croydon. Derry Building Services were involved with the development of the design along with the manufacture, supply and installation of all mechanical and electrical services to the hotel and existing car park.

 

The hotel is set over seven floors and comprises of 168 bedrooms, a reception area, restaurant and 380m2 of retail unit located on the ground floor for future occupation.
