About The Project:

Stevenage Bio-Science Catalyst Campus is a unique bio-science community created to provide small biotech and life sciences companies and start-ups with access to the expertise, networks and scientific facilities traditionally associated with multinational pharmaceutical companies.

 

The project consists of two brand new research and development buildings consisting of laboratories and office space. The Incubator building is a shell and core project and the Accelerator building is a shell structure. The project was design and build with the initial pre-construction design being completed by Long and Partners.

 

The Incubator building will be ‘ready’ for lease to private laboratories with all of the services pre-installed. The Accelerator building will remain empty until a tenant is found and they will furnish and provide services to suit their requirements.

  • Gas installation
  • Meeting rooms, toilets, laboratory and restaurant supply and extract ventilation
  • Solvent extract ventilation
  • General areas air conditioning
  • Sanitaryware and above ground drainage
  • Air Source Heat Pumps (offering operation limits down to -5°C in winter mode and up to 48°C in summer mode)
  • CO2 Heat Pump System and Buffer (delivering HW to 70°C)
  • Fume cupboards supply and install
  • Rainwater harvesting
