About The Project:

This project comprised the redevelopment of the 1960s former Scottish Provident Headquarters in the South West corner of St Andrews Square, Edinburgh. The upper floors of the development were completed as a shell and core M&E installation for speculative office space with the lower floors on a shell only basis for retail units to be fitted out by the individual retailers. There are also a number of domestic flats incorporated within the building.

The M&E Services were initially designed by KJ Tait with full design responsibility being novated to DBS at the time of appointment. This project was completed as a Joint Venture Agreement between Standard Life Investments, Pooled Property Fund and Bowmer & Kirkland.
